Start your “Surf” with irresistible razor clams, followed by “Turf” of tomahawk steaks. And kickstart your weekend afternoons at Cafe Marco, with a healthy tea buffet featuring the superfood powers of acai berry.

 During the surf and turf buffet, meat lovers should not miss our chef-recommended Roasted Beef Tomahawk and Yorkshire Pudding at the carving station. Weighing in at over five kilograms, our tender Beef Tomahawks are imported from Australia.

Seafood lovers can also enjoy different razor clam dishes, including Thai Razor Clam and Octopus Salad with Sweet Basil and Chili, Razor Clam with Broccoli and Mushroom Salad, and Stirfried Razor Clam in Black Soy Sauce. Each guest will also receive a complimentary serving of Steamed King Razor Clam with Garlic and Vermicelli.

 We are also featuring an impressive array of ocean-fresh seafood on ice, including Oysters, Lobsters, Snow Crabs, Mussels, Whelks, Clams and Prawns, served every evening during the promotional period. Complimentary free-flow soft drinks and selected beers are also offered to each guest.

Join in on the fun, with our guessing game to work out the weight of our razor clams, on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:30pm. The four closest answers will win a complimentary buffet or bottle of wine.

During weekend afternoons, enjoy a healthy feast at Cafe Marco with the Acai Berry Tea Buffet. Acai berries are hailed as a superfood and are rich in antioxidants. Our talented Pastry Chef Patrick See has created a selection of delectable acai berry desserts, including the Acai Berry Cream Puff, Blueberry and Acai Berry Cheesecake and Chocolate and Acai Berry Tarts.
